I don't think so, but I understand that people have different opinions on the subject. If Tank had died, I wouldn't be bothered at all by her crying, but as it was, it felt a little melodramatic to me.

Again, a lot of Off screen action. Since we dont really see a lot of realatives Dashes way, maybe it can be ASSUMED that Tank is the closest thing that Dash has, besides her friends. Think about it. It would be PRETTY hard to give up, even for a few months, a great friend who lived with you, shared great moments with you, and a whole bunch of other stuff.

But to the point she was willing to damage a weather factory integral to managing weather in Equestria and not get caught just to ensure Tank doesn't get to spend three months away from RD? Like I said, it would've been better if it had mentioned Tank was struck with illness from the last hibernation as her behavior would've been more justifiable.
