  1. I live in the good ol' state of Texas! Everything is bigger here!-- shot In all seriousness, though, the weather here is freakin' bipolar! Oh, and I also live near the Dallas area.
  2. Hmm, I'm not certain how screwed I would be. The Changeling doesn't look all that threatening wearing shorts and yellow shoes like that. Then again, I'm not really a powerful unicorn, soooo... 75.3% certain I'm screwed.
  3. I think you may be onto something there. I've heard that @Penguinbrony24 isn't actually a penguin, but a chihuahua, whose still a brony.
  4. I've heard that @Penguinbrony24 really likes to rain on everypony's parade.
  5. Dark! Hmm, what's your favorite Disney movie?
  6. @Derplight Sperkle Ah, okay. Sorry for disturbing you after all this time. Thanks for the info though. ^^
  7. I suppose ambivert would be the best to describe me, perhaps leaning more toward introvert. It's hard to say, really. I feel uncomfortable in large groups, but I love hanging out with a small group of friends, to the point where I sometimes feel energized. I also tend to stay in my room when not out and about, doing whatever on the interwebs. Other than the whole small group of friends thing, I've never been very social, so I would usually be the silent one in class unless someone spoke to me specifically, or a discussion of something I'm very interested in comes up, and it could end up with me rambling. Often times I wouldn't know what to talk about if it wasn't a topic I knew heavily about. Kind of why I relate to Fluttershy and Twilight quite a bit. Maybe not as shy or heavily studious as them, of course, heh.
  8. @Derplight Sperkle Heh, I know it's been a while since I've last spoken here, but I suppose the site is still being rebuilt? Not sure why the bio has yet to be fixed in over 3-4 months. If you need me to, I can re-submit his form. Maybe that'd be the easier option to take.
  9. I think the only episode I really remember somewhat crying to, since it was so recent, is "The Perfect Pear". Not sure if I cried on any of the others. Now, being surprised, on the other hand, that's a different story since I don't deal with spoilers. XD
  10. @Mysterious Way@Trixie .@ThunderCrush@nx9100@Alex Van Gamer@Kulstor@Rapid Wind The dark gray unicorn stayed silent throughout, but had listened intently on the description of Pinkie and her occupation. He was somewhat confused on the fact that if her mane and tail were not curly, she was in some sort of bad mood. How could there be such a drastic change in appearance? Maybe that was something to look into. Regardless, when their rather large group started to head out, Cosmic was reluctant to follow them. He could only guess that the shop they had entered was Sugar Cube Corner. If Pinkie was as cheery of a mare like the brown maned stallion said, he pondered on how cheery. If she planned all the parties in Ponyville, perhaps she was some crazy party mare? Cosmic shook his head. He knew he should not make assumptions and would have to learn these things by meeting the mare herself. Upon his entry into the shop, he took a subtle sniff. The scent of overwhelming sweetness in the air was a bit strong for the unicorn, but it still tempted him to try some of their sweets. He made a mental note to come to the shop again. "The sweets do surely smell good," He commented to nopony in particular.
  11. @Rapid Wind@Trixie .@ThunderCrush@Mysterious Way@Kulstor@TechiePidge Cosmic was not sure if he should stay, or gallop away to somewhere safe. Maybe to the closest library, which he assumed Ponyville had, where he could pick out many books to read to help calm his nerves. Despite this, he looked on as the black armored unicorn literally glided in the air to land next to them. The blood red triangle caught the dark gray unicorn's eye. Every instinct was screaming to get away from this stallion, but Cosmic shoved those instincts away. He took a deep, yet somewhat unsteady breath. He knew he should not judge a book by its cover, as some would say. Besides, a unicorn somehow being able to glide like he did, that was something that intrigued Cosmic's mind. He knew quite a bit of magic, but that was certainly new. In addition to the black armored unicorn, it seemed like there were two new ponies that arrived to the scene. This was getting quite crowded for the dark gray unicorn, and thus, he stayed silent. Then, there was an offer to go to... Pinkie's place? "U-Um... excuse me, who's Pinkie?" He could only guess that this pony named 'Pinkie' was a Ponyville resident. That would mean they would possibly be going to where this pony was, adding even more ponies into the evermore growing group. Just what has he got himself into?
  12. @Derplight Sperkle Okay! Thanks
  13. Ahh, a very interesting question! My OC Cosmic Breeze earned his cutie mark when he realized his passion for Astronomy, alongside nature as well. It's a spiral galaxy, with the arms transitioning to swirling winds around it. (Need to update bio with that, XD)
  14. @Derplight Sperkle Hey there, it's me again! Is there anyway to fix the bio? It seems the update had broke it and I can't seem to edit it or anything.
  15. @ThunderCrush @TechiePidge @Trixie . Cosmic Breeze continued to keep his gaze on the golden maned Pegasus, hoping that he was indeed all right after that stumble. His ears twitched when Thunder Crush pointed a hoof up toward the train platform. Intrigued, the dark gray unicorn turned and tilted his head up. The pupils in his hazel eyes somewhat shrunk, an unsettling feeling sweeping inside. His ears folded back onto his head. "U-Umm... Who's that?" It was not at all comforting to see such a dark figure, who apparently sported black crystal armor, although it was a bit hard to tell from their current distance. Was he some sort of guard?
  16. The unicorn managed to snap out of seeing the Castle of Friendship for the first time, and turned his head to look around the area he happened to have walked into. His eyes laid onto a raven black colored unicorn mare. He tilted his head slightly, noticing the direction she was heading. It was away from the train station. Perhaps she had also came on the train from Appleoosa? She did look vaguely familiar. Cosmic assumed that perhaps he had seen her around the southern town where he was from. He pressed his lips into a thin line, contemplating if he should approach her. He knew he was not good at socializing, but it could not hurt to try, could it? He-- --The unicorn suddenly felt himself falling as a sudden weight hit his back. "Agh!" He landed on his belly, his horn flaring up with indigo colored magic. With a bright flash and a resounding pop, the unicorn teleported a very short distance away, staring at the blue pony who had almost crushed him. Before retaliating further, he heard what the other unicorn had to say. Cosmic blinked, lightly lifting up a hoof to readjust his red glasses that had gone crooked. "Um, it's alright." He stood up more straight, and gave a friendly nod. "My name's Cosmic Breeze, it's nice to meet you, Thunder Crash," He gave a kind smile. After greeting Thunder Crash, Cosmic Breeze could feel another presence. An uncomfortable feeling swept over his body, like he was being watched. Was he really getting that much attention? He felt the urge to gallop someplace where there was not a large number of ponies around. Large groups made the unicorn feel very unpleasant. Cosmic's ears twitched as he heard something tumbling their way. He instinctively flinched and looked at that direction, seeing a brown Pegasus with a golden mane. He blinked. What was with the ponies in Ponyville? Were they that accidental prone? Still, he regained his composure, inhaling deeply, and exhaled with a calming breath. He looked on as the Pegasus shook, the dirt and grim flying in all directions. Cosmic waved back when he saw the Pegasus give a small wave to them. "Are you... um, alright, sir?" The unicorn inquired out of concern.
  17. ((OOC Link)) The Celestian sun hung high in the sky, shining down its warmth across all of Equestria. The calls that were sung by the birds danced through the air, welcoming the beautiful day. Down beside Canterlot's mountain, a town by the name of Ponyville was also basking in the day's greatness. The ponies there went about their daily routines, or perhaps were breaking them, or they were doing whatever they pleased. A column of black smoke came the town's way, the sound of a train quickly approaching the train station from the south. With a grinding halt, the train settled, and its doors opened. Ponies filed out in droves, and a particular unicorn was trying to break away from the crowd. The stallion's pelt was gray in coloration, with a short orange mane in contrast. Circular red glasses rested against his green eyes, and he managed to finally, and softly, trot away from the crowd. That train ride was all so very unsettling, the stallion thought. So... this is Ponyville? Once the stallion gathered his bearings from being in a crowded train, he almost gaped at the sight of the town. The very atmosphere in the place felt friendly and welcoming. Maybe this would be the perfect town to move into, where he could continue on with his studies? Perhaps even make friends here? He had heard the Princess of Friendship actually resided in Ponyville in her-- How did he miss that? The castle was easily in plain sight with its massive crystalline structure. He stared at it in awe, before shaking his head. No, no, quit it! Control yourself, Cosmic.
  18. Hey, thanks a lot! I did try my best to ensure that he would fit into the canon world. - Ah, yes, I can see that! It's kind of hard to get the height right in the Ponymaker thing though. I suppose I could be more specific and say he's the average stallion height? I'm not exactly sure if stallions are generally a bit taller than the mares. - That actually makes a whole lot of sense for the cutie mark! I can't believe I didn't think of that! Thanks so much for that! - Hmm, is the royal science academy in Ponyville? Or is that in Canterlot? I was thinking, perhaps Cosmic doesn't get his dream job just yet in Ponyville, so he may be working at a library or bookstore instead at first. He likes books probably as much as Twilight does, but maybe that'd be a bit extreme. - Yeah, I was thinking maybe Appleloosa. I just wasn't so sure, heh. I'm not sure if I should give Cosmic an accent or not. I mean, he does have a slight southern one, I suppose. - True! I was thinking of commissioning someone. I know if I tried drawing, it wouldn't come out right at all. Plus, drawing isn't my cup of tea.
  19. Howdy, everypony! Anyway, I wanted to ask if anyone could give me their input on my OC, Cosmic Breeze. He has already been accepted in the EqE RP section, but I remember some people on the Discord chat saying that Cosmic Breeze sort have has two cutie marks. I'm not sure if it's how I described it, or if that actually is the case and I didn't realize. Any advice on that would be appreciated! The link to my OC is in my signature! And if there's any other advice for him, feel free to tell me! I love constructive criticism!
  20. I can relate to this pretty well about the MLP show and fandom having a bad rep, but on the accusing side rather than the fandom side. I've actually joined the fandom about... a month or two ago? Something like that, but before I actually decided to watch the show for the heck of it on Netflix, I somewhat shunned the show thinking that it was for little girls (and yes, I know the demographic is targeted to them) and thinking guys my age, who called themselves bronies, watching it were a bit weird. I try not to be judgmental, but I guess I wasn't able to help myself about a show with ponies. But that changed when I did decide to watch it, and I was legitimately surprised. I watched through everything quickly, and pretty much became a brony and associate myself with that now. I think the main lesson I learned was to 'not judge a book by its cover'. Probably one reason why so many people who don't really know anything about the show hating or targeting us is because they never actually went to watch a couple of episodes to give it a chance, like I did. Granted, people will have different views even after watching it. Although, I kind of get it about how the fandom is very open, and thus the dark parts are very exposed, and that would turn people off.
  21. Funny how one of my own characters (not in the MLP fandom, mind you) is going to go through this exact ordeal of not being able to die from age (and is locked in that certain age as well). He can still theoretically die from other causes though. How I'm planning to write it out is that it's most definitely a curse, and that is also my opinion on it as well. Sure, you may see astounding technologically advancements in the future and distant future, and may even become the smartest of them all because of how long you might live to study it all, but what kind of life is it to watch all of your friends and family fall to the clutches of time while you're left behind? And even if you make new friends, and maybe even have children, countless times, it'll be the exact same fate. You'll see them born, live, die, and repeat; born, live, and die, while you just keep on living. You'll be the only one free from the chains of time while everything else just decays. I could only imagine what that would do to someone's mind, to live like that. It might make them live such a bitter, cold life, or drive them insane eventually. So yeah, the only pros I see in living an eternal life is not experiencing death, and being able to stick around for an entire species (or more) worth of history before extinction or evolution. The cons being that you will see everything slowly decaying, all of your friends and family, old and new, dying over and over, and possibly going insane since we really don't know how living eternally may affect the human mind. It'd be a different story if you are able to have a group of friends or family also become immortal with you. Maybe then, I might be alright with it.
  22. Thanks! It's nice to meet you! That's the weird thing, when I tried to space out the paragraphs in personality, whenever I saved it, it wouldn't space out properly. I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong or if the section requires more BBCode, which I should probably try now. Ahh, you're right. We did only see it happen in the arcade; my mistake! I'll make sure to make that edit then! Edit: Alright, I figured out why personality wasn't spaced right, and got it fixed! Also, changed up the part of the personality as well!
  23. My favorite? Well, I'm torn between snicker doodles and chocolate chip cookies... hmm, I'll go for the latter!
  24. Yeah, the most accepted fanon names for the rule63 versions of the mane 6, like many stated above me, are: Twilight Sparkle = Dusk Shine Rainbow Dash = Rainbow Blitz Fluttershy = Butterscotch Applejack = Applejack Rarity = Elusive Pinkie Pie = Berry Bubble For more trivia about this, these names were apparently started by a popular fanfic made in 2011 (and the timeframe in the fic was also set during the time of season 1 or a little after it, but before season 2) called On a Cross and Arrow. Ever since, most of the fandom seem to agree on it. It's definitely a very good fanfic and I would recommend reading it! I'm not sure if it's fandom agreed for the two Princesses, but judging from the fanfic for Princess Celestia, it was Prince Solaris. Not sure about Princess Luna, though.
