What would actually happen if an earth pony put the alicorn amulet on? Would it grant them magic?

Hm, lets imagine for a moment that AJ or Pinkie puts it on. It might do nothing, but that's boring so lets say it does something lol.

The original comic version it was called the Unicorn Amulet, but now that its Alicorn amulet we can take advantage of that and say it increases their natural magic even further. So Pinkie would cause a doomsday, and AJ would be too strong to be able to walk around normally.
