it's a normal program, but it's kinda cheap and abit hard to deal with if you need to use effects or such in the videos. so it depends on if you wanna use it or not. as far as I know, it's safe. people's been using this program for years

cheap as in quality or price??

no price, it's all for free. the quality is good, but it depends on what setting you have it on and how you can deal with the program. but that's normal to any program we use, when we have to get used to it
