    Which cheese? I can't recall trying any polish cheese before - meat yes, but not cheese...

    The most famous is "Oscypek" (Funny that I didn't eat it:D) "Korycinski" (the same:D) and

    "twaróg" (very good with jam and bread). :)

      Thanks for the photo. I thought that may be the same "Królewski" which I have in home. But we have many food made by "MLEKPOL". Twaróg is "tłusty". I always prefer "chudy". 0,5 %:P

      Did you eat them already?

      Eaten about half the Królewski, with salted crackers - the Twaróg seems more like cottage cheese, so I am not sure what I am going to do with it.
