      quick google suggests that scotland does have different rules, but the ones for stores selling food (2m distancing, limits on number of people in the store at once) are the same.

      unfortunately though, I don't think Quality Save HAVE any stores in scotland.

      Difficult to say. This is the second one, ever, and they did a second one because the first was a success. I haven't heard anything to imply it will be a monthly thing, but I suspect there may be more.
