@Duality a couple ponies, maybe a hybrid pony too. I came up with the idea to add Discord to the mix (in a role simliar to Caesar in Fallout: New Vegas) late last night.

I've never read FoE, so I'm slightly out of the loop here when it comes to the technological advancements and/or socioeconomic setting of the whole dealio.

However, I do have a couple of random antagonist suggestions (off the top of my head, as per the norm for me):

Shroud Scrivener - some sort of evil clerk type, possibly employed by some crime lord guy as the one responsible for taking care of the payment/organisation of the 'tying up' of unlucky loose ends (dunno if you want appearance concepts, seems like the ominous deathly grey type, possibly with some sort of notepad-superposed-over-a-gravestone cutie mark)

The Takes - two unrelated stallions, Double Take and Under Take, one of whom is a con artist/forger and the other of whom is a generic thug type; they exclusively work together, whether of their own volition or under the employ of some crime lord (I ain't too great at visual character design, so I'll just leave these two alone)
