Okay, this isn't November. We're full on into February with the weather here in Illinois tonight. 

Thanksgiving was great! Spent some time with family, ate way too much food, and the Saints won!   

A most Happy Thanksgiving to everyone on here today. Hope you get to spend it with your loved ones.

I'm so... for lack of a better term, peeved right now. Facebook locked me out of my facebook probably because I changed my icon to support LGBTQ+ and show that we support them as the Westboro Baptist Church is going to picket our football game here a week from Saturday.

I feel like I have to let you guys know what's going on with me right now. I very nearly had a stress induced panic/anxiety attack this past Wednesday Night. Last week was by far the longest, hardest week I've had at the University ever, with 3 different exams and a paper to do at the exact same time. Don't worry, I'm doing much better now, and I'm significantly less stressed now than I was just a few days ago.

The next couple of weeks are oging to be pretty lousy. Three papers to do, with two due on back to back days. This is the life of a college student.

Whoever is responsible for this Detective Rarity theme, you can tell them I like it. It’s really neat. I like how it made everything black and white. Detective Rarity for the win!

A review of The End in Friend

This episode was rather... okay for the most part. However, it was yet another episode where the main characters forget lessons previously learned for the sake of the episode. I liked the multiple references in the cold open to the previous things that RD and Rarity were involved in doing with each other. I also liked that Starlight was the one that tried to play peacekeeper here. The final segment of the episode was the best with the two showing how good the can be together, while also mending their friendship in the process. The wrap up to the episode was good, but the entire episode was rushed.

My Grade: 8.4/10 B

A review of Friendship University

This episode started off well enough with the return of Starswirl and Cozy Glow. It started going down hill when the "Friendship University" was established in Los Pegasus. It then featured returns of the scammer ponies Flim and Flam and speciesist Neighsay. That right there basically ruined this episode for me. The episode then featured a typical Flim and Flam style song seen in every episode that they've been in. It felt a bit rushed in the end, as if the writers of the episode almost forgot to wrap it up. There was a good ending of the episode. 

Overall, this episode was a bit fast paced, pared with a few funny moments and with returns of characters that didn't need to return.

Grade: 7.7/10 C
