I was referencing an obscure meme from Nostalgia Critic where he would say to a passerby with the phrase, "Sparkle, Sparkle, Sparkle" and the passerby would happily respond "F**k yeah, Sparkle, Sparkle, Sparkle." It originated from his review of Thomas the Tank Engine movie (Magic Railroad) where one of the character in the film said sparkle, sparkle, sparkle.

A brony even made a video editing the part from the original review to jokingly make it look like Twilight Sparkle said the original phrase instead of a Thomas the Tank Engine character. Look it up on YouTube.
