      Definitely!

      For me, it's pretty much the same. Back when I joined, I found it surprising how many people said the fandom was more important than the show to them. Now I understand them completely – as much as I still like the show, I never thought I'd get to meet so many amazing people from all over the world, united by our love for ponies! :rarity:

      Pinkie was the pony who made me an MLP fan! Seeing her always cheered me up – the same effect she has on all the residents of Ponyville. :) In spite of Rarity becoming my favorite later on, I'll always consider Pinkie one of my favorite ponies – I might not even be part of the fandom without her!
