    Omg! I'm glad you finally decided to join MLP Forums! I absolutely loved this story! The story had me tear up quite a few times, not gonna lie. The last two chapters (especially Chapter 4) really made me emotional. I just loved how you were able to integrate your story with the episode. It seemed like the perfect extension to it! Really glad you managed to finish the whole thing!

    A Quest For Love: An Apple-Pear Family Story <-- I like to believe this is what happened to AJ's parents. There are many more Fanfics that explain what happened to them on FimFiction, but this story seems to make the most sense to me and seems to fit in logically with the series. The story is still incomplete and the writer seems to be in hiatus.... hope he/she finishes soon cause they left the story on a real cliff hanger...

    Sure do. It's a fanfic on FimFiction. It's called A Quest For Love: An Apple-Pear Family Story. You should read it. Tugs at the heartstrings really well. It also seems to tie in perfectly with the MLP series as it expands on "The Perfect Pear" episode. I think the story is still incomplete though.

    I personally believe that they were on their way to Vanhoover to set things straight with Grand Pear, however they didn't make it. They were kidnapped by Changelings along the way. This is based off a fanfic I read on FimFic lol.

    Love this group forum! I started getting into fanfics after watching this amazing episode. I recently read this one on FimFiction.net and it brought me to tears. It's called: A Quest for Love: An Apple-Pear Family Story. It basically tells the story about Grand Pear after he leaves for Vanhoover and explains what happens to Bright Mac and Buttercup. It made me cry for sure lol. There's also several others on FimFiction that are very good as well. If you guys know of any other stories, let me know! I'm dying to read more!

    Started getting into fanfics after watching the recent MLP episode: The Perfect Pear. Was wondering if anypony else knew of any good fanfics that have to do with this episode? Been browsing FimFiction and came across several. Just finished reading this one: A Quest for Love: An Apple-Pear Family Story. So far that one is my favorite and I encourage you all to read it. I cried a bit too lol. But anyways, I'm looking to read more stories similar to that. Any suggestions?
