      Your diet sounds a lot like mine lately. Are you sure you are not me living a double life somehow? :ooh: And if indeed you do want to eat healthier, writing it down is a good idea.. but even better is recording yourself. Make of a recording of yourself talking to YOU. Telling yourself your goals, why you want to accomplish them, when you plan to do it, and how you are going to go about it. Be tough on yourself but be fair and realistic.

      Then, every time you think about eating something you feel is a bad idea, listen to the recording. Start as small as you feel comfortable with... the great thing is you can always make new recordings with new goals and new ideas as you progress. Don't set impossible goals because you will just feel dejected when you fail to meet them and give up far earlier than you should. By listening to yourself give YOU a pep talk each time, you can help verbally remind yourself what it is you want and why you want it.

      Anyway, I am sure your hips are perfectly fine, don't change the subject.. you owe me a full bag of chips. :okiedokieloki:

      @GrimGrimoire I don't want to eat healthier. Well, I do but I don't want to strictly focus on that. I just want to eat less snacks inbetween meals. I'll start with that. :dashcutehat:

      I eat around 1,400 calories a day (not counting fruits or veggies). I'll eat whatever. If chocolate's around, you bet I'm Willy Wonk'n that shit. I wouldn't say my diet's terrible, because I eat enough veggies + fruit. :lol:
