  1. A slight by product of overthinking it but MLP is selling an idea of a princess to the little girls is somehow an okay thing to do.

No people would not get angry at the royalty for any reasons at all. It's not like it's undemocratic form of government that kind of died of in the modern times.

Princess is like really boring job in the world because equestrian politics.

I actually find the Equestrian concept of royalty much preferable to that presented in other media. Twilight (and apparently Cadance as well) became a royal by merit, rather than by relation or marriage (the latter is the kind of princesshood usually depicted in cartoons). :) Though we do have those depicted in the show too (Flurry Heart and Shining Armor).

Possibly; we still don't know why alicorns are automatically princesses, except obviously they are; clearly cadence was a supernumary until she was tasked to defend the Crystal empire, which doesn't look to be particularly boring (but then, the whole of the CE seems to be one city) and was available to foalsit for random canterlot couples.

Twi was given make-work because, being her usual neurotic self, she needed some sort of role, and eventually the tree gave her a castle and she self-appointed herself as "princess of friendship"

Celestia is acknowledged ruler of Equestria, but we don't know why - she wasn't around during the original hearths warming eve, as back then the unicorns collectively did her role (and each tribe was independently ruled)

Luna spent almost her entire life isolated on the moon, and apparently that didn't cause any major problems, so.. yeah.
