    I've been having weird back pain and got weirdly tired for the past few hours. Trying to keep myself up with some nice hot black tea but I don't know how much longer I can stay up. At least the pain killers got rid of most of the aching. :(

      If you can't stay up, I highly suggest going to sleep early. Rest helps in these situations, so it may be a good call.

      Also, as @Califorum just mentioned, I also suggest having it checked if the issue persists.
