    Sigh, so my left ear is pretty much almost completely clogged now. It has just gotten worse. Maybe a doctor is the best bet now? I've used ear drops and it seems to have made the situation worse.

      Go to the doctor. Please. I don't want you to have to deal with this for days, the worst thing you can do is wait and do nothing. Go the doctor, get it checked out and solved.
