  1. Some of you may be wondering why I decided to change my gender on my profile from Female to Male. Here is what I want to say on that matter. A few months ago I decided I wasn't happy with what I am right now and wanted to see if I could change it. I was thinking of a transgender transition and for a bit I thought I wanted to do. It turns out that I just am not ready for such a caliber of change in my life right now. I do have indifferent feelings right now about what I want to identify but I may as well go back to it when my life becomes a bit more stable. It took awhile for me to say anything about this because it was a sensitive topic for myself.

I hope none of you think of me differently after this revelation.

@Tacodidra Thanks so much for understanding. I didn't want to post this before because I thought people would view me differently after knowing about this. :kindness:

It is OK. Don't worry friend. It is your life, your feelings and your decisions. Good luck!

Self-identity is a complex thing that sometimes takes us well into our adult years to work out. So no I would never think differently of you for trying to figure out who you are. What I suggest is finding some practice of self-examination be it meditation or philosophical study or professional guidance, etc to help you settle this unrest. Between now and when you figure things out, dont worry so much about what others think. Worry about being at peace with the current moment. Let the rest come as it may.
