      In the March of 2019 there should be final vote on those most controversial articles (11 & 13), if voted for, the ław shall be enforced in May of 2019.

      However the system would be similar to YT ones, so I don't have to worry much.

      @Iam YouTube's system of recognizing copyrighted content does work pretty well from a legal point of view... but there's one big difference. YouTube is owned by Google – they're huge. I doubt smaller websites can afford a system like that. My fear is that some websites might entirely block EU users (like some already did with GDPR)...
