Windows doesn't want me to modify it's Windows store files from inside Windows itself. Time to make a linux boot disk and nuke it from there. In the end, I always win, Microsoft.
But it also could be just an issue with the mouse itself - physically. That's where the input happens in the first place. If only that would be happening more often, I'd totally suggest trying it in another devices.
Well I hope you'll get it to work, that way or another.
