      Exactly what I'm talking about, hay, I wanted to get a job in a storage (moving stuff), yet the requirements were the usual, the same that were in a place where they  were searching for great salesman type of thing.

      And what worse, when you send application, they won't even let you know if they got it.

      @Catpone Cerberus Yeah... I've heard some jobs will hire people in spite of them not meeting the requirements (maybe when no one like that applies). But it's still quite silly. All it does is deter people from applying when they see what's expected of them... :mellow:
