I understand where you're coming from... Finding someone with similar views shouldn't be that difficult, but liking the same things might not be as easy. I hope you find someone like that, though!

That's a little bit like how I feel sometimes, though it isn't my biggest fear. I love many things, but most people I meet don't share the same interests nor do they understand. It's like my love for MLP - I'm glad I can discuss MLP on sites like these forums, it's really enjoyable, but before I found MLP websites I had no one else to talk to about it and those I did talk to couldn't understand. I still haven't met someone in real life who loves MLP, but it is my goal to do that one day.

I would really hate not being able to talk to anyone about the things I love, but in reality that probably won't happen with the internet these days. You could meet up in real life or online with people who share the same interests and views simply through the internet and on certain websites designed for those purposes.
