    I know the point of Derby Racers was that the CMC shouldn't have let the bigger ponies take over and potentially get them disqualified from the race (been a ehile since I seen the episode, don't remember exactly what happened), but why does Applejack's 'traditional' style piss me off the most?

      Maybe because it's so restrictive... you can't create a "most traditional" cart in more than one way. For the most creative cart, you can create pretty much anything (just compare Rarity's cart with Derpy's winning entry :laugh:), and creating a fast cart is also an art in itself.

      But whose idea was it to have a figure 8 race with foals taking part? :muffins:
