So, the other day while listening to Carrie Underwood's 'Blown Away', I literally imagined it as a well-animated PMV.
A yellow pony with a brownish mane and tail, with.....I wanna say green eyes. Or brown."Daddy was mean a old mister/Mama was an angel in the ground" Shows a mean-looking, abusive stallion, and a sweet-looking, grown mare.
"The weather man called for a twister/She prayed blow it down"Every step she took during the lines 'There's not enough rain in Oklahoma to wash the sins out of that house/There's not enough wind in Oklahoma to rip the nails out of the past', the constant drumbeat would be every step she took.
"Shatter every window till it's all blown away/Every brick, every board, every slamming door, blown away", she dramatically throws open her shutters, singing to the sky, as people do, as she watches a twister form in the distance.
"Till there's nothing left standing, nothing left of yesterday""She heard those sirens screaming out/Her daddy laid there passed out on the couch" As he's passed out, holding a cider mug in his hoof, and she's hurrying down to the tornado shelter/cellar.
"She locked herself in the cellar, listened to the screaming of the wind
Some people call it taking shelter/ She called it sweet revenge."She's just deviously thinking of how much better her life will be when her abusive dad is taken to the golden meadows of Oz.
I tend to visualize a lot.
