Loyal Defender

So, I'm going to make a very important announcement. My official jaw surgery date is July 22nd, 2020. I'm going to Texas, three hours away, into a hospital to have, I'm pretty sure, lower jaw surgery. It'll take 3-4 hours, and I'll either spend one or two nights in a hotel, or I'm going to be driven home to rest. I won't be able to talk much, possibly due to pain, for a week or so, and I'll have to rest/recover for a month. BUT! Here's the interesting part - my mom told me it's very likely that not only will my jaw be aligned and my teeth all aligned, top and bottom, BUT....it might actually get rid of my lisp, as it's caused by my teeth placements. So, I'm curious to see how I'll sound when the surgery is over.

If I weren't to have this surgery, I'd have biting problems, sleep apnea, possibility of trouble breathing. So it's definitely something I need in my life.
