Loyal Defender

I don't know why, but as I was laying in bed this morning, I imagined that to a foal or to calm a restless young pony, Princess Luna would sing a special lullaby. I can't remember all of it, but it was something like,

Relax, and close your eyes
As the Moon begins to rise
In bed, you're safe and sound
The stars soon will come around
You'll have nothing you need to fear
As long as I am here
Your eyes will begin to close
What you dream of, no one knows
Rest your sleepy head
Little one, it's time for bed

I just thought of it as I was waking up from sleep.
