    I want to learn how to draw; any tips?

      Practice. Set yourself goals/targets and try to find your own style. Might take time but it's the most effective way to learn.

      When you're talking about goals, what do you mean, exactly? Is it "what I want to be drawing" or "What I want to do with this ability"?

      Practice different drawing techniques and/or things that you are interested in drawing. A good thing to start with would be to draw a human eye for example, start off by drawing minute things like that and once you start to feel more confident you can move on to more advanced stuff.
