I don't have any access to a scanner... and I don't really think I'd be able to do that other thing.

I mean, me being a minor is huge obstacle. Also. my parents aren't big on tech so you can imagine how I am at home.

That can be a problem then. A phone camera really isn't good enough to transfer penwork to a jpg or whatever.  I take it your school doesn't have any you would beg use of?

Shipping out in a tube is easy though - at least from here. Most post offices here have shipping tubes for sale (literally just a large carboard tube like the core of a roll of kitchen paper towel, with a plastic endcap at both ends) that you roll up your paper and slide it into. They will also be able to tell you how much postage would be needed to send to a given destination, but typically its not a great deal (a cardboard tube isn't heavy, nor is paper)

Yeah around here, I don't think they even use shipping tubes. And no, I don't think my school... wait no. I believe they do have them but I don't think they would allow a student to use it for personal reasons...
