Ok one final time, sorry for not checking notifications! This is the last time, I promise.
Today was pretty fun. Until after dinner, when I suddenly got hit by about 50 different emotions. Why does that always happen?
I need some rest, hopefully that will make me feel better. It usually does...
Good night, ponies!

@Wannabrony I wish they were mostly positive. Most of the time I’m in a really good mood, but sometimes this weird thing happens where I can’t get negative thoughts out of my head. Happens about every other week, usually in the evening.
Thankfully it’s gotten better recently, since I’ve been talking about it with professionals. Still happens every once in a while, though.

And the cruise was awesome, I don’t wanna leave!!

@Rhythm Red Glad to hear that it's getting better, I hope that this continues to keep improving.
I'm happy that you enjoyed the cruise, though!

@Wannabrony I wish! But I don’t think I have time to win any more ponies.

@Wannabrony hey, it’s three more than I expected to get on this cruise!

Ok, so today was fun! I did all sorts of things.
But I have an honest question. If any of you like modern rap (AKA the music most teenagers are listening to now) why do you like it? I’ve asked several people and none of them have given me a serious answer. I just asked my cousins and they got all mad at me.

I mean oldschool rap is awesome, it’s just most of the lyrics I find in rap today are disgusting. I don’t get why so many people enjoy it. If any of y’all like it, I’d love to know why.
Anyway, goodnight!
(Once again, sorry for not checking status updates. By the time I get back to my room it’s late and I really don’t want to have to check 40+ status updates.
I’m gonna post this every night because I don’t want anypony to think I’m ignoring them.

^ I hope it isn't too late to respond to this, but I just feel like this is something that I might be able to give my thoughts on. Here it goes?
The really sad thing about rap is that the whole gangster rap that we hear nowadays wasn't even how it started out. Originally it was a way to talk about important things poetically and musically, a form of poetry. But the whole drugs sex bleepity bleep bleep rap got pushed more by the industry than the original stuff. I know why other kids my age (teenagers and young adults) listen to it. There are many reasons, but I will list just a few. The majority of teenagers are very hormonally-driven, with very little self-control. The punk attitude really appeals to them. Also, rappers rap about all these things like using more creative cussing, drugs, sex, etc., and teenagers love it because they are wanting to try all these new things. And since it is glorified by much of our culture, they are told it is cool, and they want to be cool. Nobody wants to be uncool and unpopular.
That's why I think they like it. I hate it though personally. The only rapper I listen to is NF. Why? He never uses curse words. He raps about real issues and personal things he is going through, which is what guys like Eminem did. Seriously, check NF out. He just topped the Billboard 200 without cursing and being mainstream.

@Soren Peregrine that’s what I’ve always thought it was. It’s just that no one seems to be willing to admit it. But I totally agree with you, like I said originally, oldschool rap (guys like Tupac and The Notorious B.I.G. are awesome.
I listen to Eminem and NF too, they do what rap was originally about- revealing problems and calling for change by using creative wording and powerful messages.
NF should be a lot more popular than he is. ‘How could you leave us’ is an amazing song, and a really emotional one too.
Seems like a lot of people are with me: liking what rap was, but not what it’s become.

Good morning!
Though technically it’s afternoon for me.

@Vintjack Greasymane I’m definitely enjoying it, it’s been very relaxing!
Though unfortunately I can’t be very active on mlpforums while onboard.
-
@Rhythm Red Totally reasonable!
Well, whenever you can pop by, we'll be more than happy to chit chat!
-
@Recherche Religious reasons.
Besides, I've tried it once before and I didn't like it that much anyways! So I'm not missing out on too much.

Jeeze, not sure how to feel about today. I mean it was a relaxing day, considering I’m still on vacation, but it seems like whenever I’m doing well in life, a bunch of bad stuff happens all at once.

Anyway, I won’t ramble on about that. I’ve been through worse!
Goodnight, everypony!

Thanks for the follow! Though I guess it’s technically a follow back.

Looks like WoodLore deleted his YouTube account. He’s the guy who sang ‘let the magic fill your soul’, ‘on your own’, etc.

@Tacodidra yeah. I get that people want to stop making pony music, as people can lose interest in stuff, but that doesn’t mean they need to turn against the fandom.
The Living Tombstone did it the right way. He’s probably the most famous musician in our fandom, and despite not being allowed to work on MLP stuff anymore due to contracts, he still shows his appreciation for what our fandom has done to help him. I have loads of respect for him.
@Soren Peregrinator i know, he had such a great voice. Makes me sad.

That's weird indeed, it would make more sense to have Golden Glitter as see-through.
Your Trixie seems to be from wave 14 too. I'm not completely sure about that, as they've used the same Trixie model (or rather Rarity with Trixie's coat color) several times with slightly different colors. The one from wave 16 looks very similar but it has a slightly darker shade of blue.
-
@Tacodidra I just checked the bags and I couldn’t find anything that would point to which wave they’re from. I know they’re in the same wave, though. I checked the back of the cards and yeah, some of them are “crystal”, some of them aren’t. Wonder why...
