      Hmm... that could certainly do it, but one would think that if you normalized, it'd stop...

      What's your nutrient intake like? Fruits, vegetables, vitamin supplements?

      very low. i used to take multi-vitamins, but we need to get more of those. i'm not sure how much they'd help, anyway.

      I'm not sure of the biology behind it, but I can usually tell by my trips to the bathroom when I haven't been eating enough fruits/veggies. I haven't taken vitamins in years, though, so I'm not really sure, either.
