      it always follows with this kind of stomach activity. i have no idea if it's anything i eat or drink that could affect it like this though.

      thing is it almost literally started happening a little over a year ago. up until then, i have no recollections of having these kinds of stomach issues. granted, i had another kind of it several years back, but i had pretty much come to terms with it. so what's going on here? stress? food? intolerance?
