      Never been to a doctor about it, but I know how you feel. Strangely enough, I didn't start having that problem until I turned 19 or thereabouts and it persists to this day. In my case it's manageable, but it can get painful at times if I don't do anything about it. Hopefully your doctor can give you something to treat it.
