Well folks, it pains me to say it but I am leaving. Don't get all worked up just yet, it's probably not permanent but I will be leaving the forums until further notice. This profile will still be up, just don't expect me to respond to anything much less notice anything. Anything extremely important will be relayed to me by @Lucky Bolt.
But for now, this is the last pass down the track the Black Stallion is going to make.

So, on top of having a brake fluid leak in my truck, there’s also an electrical starting issue that revealed itself today.
Of course, I wouldn’t have even figured out that’s what it was if it weren’t for @Cyclone1066, and after wriggling around the ASD relay we got the truck running again...for now. This procedure might be a repeated process in the near future until I can really pinpoint what’s causing the electrical problem and of course, save up enough to even afford to get the problem fixed. 
So yeah. Not the ideal way to start my day, but hey, at least Matt still starts and drives... and we know what’s up. I think I should start up a blog series on the progress of fixing up this truck. What do y'all think?

Hey ponies! How are your evenings going?
I know I haven't been online much at all today, but it's been a super busy holiday weekend already and of course, I've been working overtime trying to fix the brake situation on my truck. and get it driving again. Speaking of...I should update y'all on that:
I think you all would be happy to hear I got Matt back on the road again! But for how long, I don't know. The brake bleeding didn't go as planned and after fighting with it for the past 4 days I finally gave up. I noticed the brake pedal is hard again though, and the brake light is off....which means SOMETHING we did worked. So I took the truck out for a little test drive and it drove great! Brakes feel like new again....
How? I have no idea...but we're not 100% out of the clear yet. As soon as I'm able to afford it, I'm having the mechanic take a look at it and replace the brake lines and whatever else that could possibly be whacked. in the meantime I will be closely monitoring the brake fluid level and taking extra precautions when driving.
I'm just relieved to at least get my truck drivable again...for now.

Well everypony, today may have left me disappointed and drained, but tomorrow is a new day and I'm determined to make it go right! So life wants to throw a challenge at me? Challenge accepted!
