    Chugging along playing Pokemon Uranium, getting through the third gym.

    They look like Let's Go games except Diamond and Pearl instead of Yellow. If I'm being honest, I expected to be disappointed and I am disappointed with how it seems.

    I've picked up Pokemon Uranium lately, and it's pretty decent... Also still play Paladins.

    I played a bit of a little game called Singularity, and that game's story gets complicated with the temporal back and forth. With all the stuff involving E99, time travel, being an alternate history where the Soviets performed an experiment on an island and it went horribly wrong... Also, the story of the Fallout franchise has some complications as well, and a lot of theories surrounding it and it's surprisingly bulky on story when you read terminals and look around the open worlds of the series. Pokemon Mystery Dungeon 2 has a complicated story for a Nintendo game I guess also.

    I'm still a homoromantic pansexual who identifies as non-binary and isn't picky about pronouns (he/him or they/them don't care an awful lot, though they/them is more accurate). Still have moments I wish I wasn't in a closed relationship because I don't exclusively go that way and some girls/in-betweens are attractive, but that should stay here and not leave.

    Pretty much this, though I would be inclined to sub Mario with TF2 now that I can play them. Also because I've found myself less and less interested in playing Mario titles.

    Honestly if anyone thinks Texas is paradise, either they're too wrapped up in their state pride or they're downright delusional. Power outages only served to prove that.

    Can't have Lloyd from Tales, can't have Rex from the same f***ing game, instead take our uncreatively designed waifu bait. And they literally go out of their way to make sure that you know that they won't include a character people asked for instead of this trainwreck.

    And the new Smash character is... a nearly Byleth tier disappointment with a very uncreative kit design that is literally ZELDA/SHEIK FROM MELEE EXCEPT A SWORD CHARACTER! To add to that the fact this is a pretty obvious waifu bait inclusion and here I am disliking the reveal trailer for the second time ever. First being Byleth. And what's worse is that they literally discarded the character EVERYONE asked for, for a character NOBODY asked for FROM THE SAME GAME!

    Hopefully this means my power will be back on for the rest of the day...? I guess I'll just say a lot of people in the state of Texas have been going through controlled outages because apparently there's some sort of overload on the power grid (could talk about what or better yet WHO the issue might be but I'll save it)...

    There were millions of houses without power in days before, though there's still a good 600,000ish right now. Power seems to be working here now for good, but it might turn back off soon. :worry:

      Yeah if this is the end of it, it wasn't all that long fortunately. Only had it off for the better part of a few days. I could at least visit here still with some of the time between outages.

      I see. Up here in Arkansas, we're more prepared for colder weather, but we haven't had snow like this in years.

    Wow I was in a really dark place when I wrote this one, but some of it still holds up even now that my self-esteem has greatly improved. I'd say points 1, 7, 9, and 13 don't apply at all anymore; points 8, 10, and 14 are mostly out; points 3, 5, and 11 have been made a ways better, and most of the rest remain but possibly slightly better.
