George HW Bush, mediocre Republican president who at least called out Reagan's economic nonsense, died yesterday.
Am I really the only one who could care less? Does this make me sound like a bad person? I don't think either should be the case.

1. So it does matter who it is? Well, that's kind of counter-productive to your argument, isn't it?
Nobody is saying that, but at the same time the internet is jamming it down my throat, so...
Well, this isn't HW's funeral, so I fail to see how I'm being an "asshole."
2. It is a strawman to make an argument that goes nowhere, which is exactly what you did, and you're grasping at straws trying to defend it. Not working.

1. Well, there's a few exceptions. Hitler and such people. But Bush wasn't on that list.
2. Well, you can just not look at it if it annoys you that much. The internet forced Stan Lees death down my throat and I weren't an asshole about that.
3. It doesn't matter if this is his funeral or not. Saying that you don't care about someone's death is an asshole thing to do.
4. A strawman is attacking an argument that your opponent didn't make. Beside I'm arguing about wether you're a bad person or not. I'm simply stating that I find you to be one.

1. Well then who is, because I don't want to hurt your feelings or anything... (/s)
2. Kind of hard not to when it's literally EVERYWHERE. I'm not being an "asshole".
3. The point is, there's no logical reason for me to show any sort of tact here. It's a random blog post on a random forum. You really think that they're going to look for posts like these for the sake of getting offended?
4. I'll quote the Webster definition: "a weak or imaginary opposition (such as an argument or adversary) set up only to be easily confuted." Considering opposition in this context refers to arguments, that's exactly what you're argument is. It was weak, had no substance, and was only set up for the purpose of trying to contort what I'm saying.
5. If you were simply stating it, why go to the trouble of this? I think there has to be more to it than that.
