I totally love dealing with people DEFENDING a government agency when they suppress our rights. Or trying to suggest that I shouldn't be free to kneel instead of stand during a purely symbolic, and frankly ridiculous pledge to a piece of fabric.

Once sure, you’re totally free to. However, other people are free to think you’re a disrespectful jerk towards those that sacrifice themselves to LET you say whatever you want.
The freedom of thought and expression is that the government can’t force you to think/say something or punish you for it. But you’re not free from others expressing their thoughts and expressions that oppose you.
