    Just watched the Bronies documentary for the first time since it came out, and honestly, it made me appreciate the fandom even more. I'm a sucker for wholesome stuff like this, and it really made me feel that despite our numbers going down over the years, we're still a tight community that has left a mark on the internet that will probably last forever. And to think, all over a damn cartoon... Honestly, who could've seen this coming? :yay:

    I do regret that I wasn't in the fandom during its prime, but hey, at least I'll be here at the end. :)

    Also, the kid's dad just cracked me up every time he was on camera. Just look at his face, that's the face of a broken man. :laugh:

      I too wish I had been around for the early fandom - not least because I live in Manchester, UK, so could have walked to the pony conference there...

      I assume from the image you mean the De Lancie "Bronies - The extremely unexpected adult fans of My Little Pony" documentary from 2012. Have you seen The Brony Chronicles? [1,2]

      @CypherHoof Yeah, the John De Lancie one was the documentary I watched. And no, I haven't seen The Brony Chronicles, not yet anyway, might check it out sometime. Jesus... I forgot all about Saberspark. :blink:

    Decided to come back and try to create a more accurate one of myself, now that some of you have seen what I look like. This one is much more accurate than my first one in my opinion. Plus, it'd be nice to see this thread make a comeback.

    I think my best features, judging from what I've been complimented on in the past, are my general build/physique, some of my facial features and my voice. Build: I'm on the stronger side in terms of my build, got fairly broad shoulders, quite big arms and legs... Only problem is that I'm not toned enough. Face: Been told I've got quite a strong chin, but again, could do with being a bit toned in my opinion. Voice: Get complimented on having a deep voice pretty often, especially back in High School where my English teacher would always get me to read segments to the class when we were reading Shakespeare. Of course, doesn't help that I fumbled almost every line since I can't speak Shakespearean to save myself.

    Both are important in equal measure for different reasons in my opinion. Personality is what keeps a relationship going. Whilst attractiveness is what first draws you to a person, it's personality that keeps the two of you together.

    Man... the weather today was just insane! I'm sure you've all heard about this major heatwave we've been having in Europe, well it was out in full force today, that's for sure. :BornAgainBrony: Just today where I am, the peak was 27°C (80°F), and tomorrow is supposed to be even higher! Honestly, don't know how you Yanks deal with these temps, we're getting burnt alive up here. But hey, at least I got some much-needed color. Every cloud, I guess. :laugh:

    Don't think I have the energy to cram in an episode or 2 tonight, sadly. Got a pretty hectic day tomorrow, so I'll hopefully be able to fit an episode tomorrow night. :adorkable:

    I'd probably say that the three ponies which define my personality are Big Macintosh, Twilight Sparkle & Rainbow Dash. Big Macintosh - A humble man of few words, may not be the smartest guy out there but never had any desire or need to be, strong work ethic and works hard to care for and support friends and family. Twilight Sparkle - Bit of a dork, but still likeable and well spoken. Tend to over-worry about menial things and think that some situations are worse than they really are, but realises that you always have friends at your back. Rainbow Dash - Competitive, mischievous and cares a bit too much about self-image, but constant and undying loyalty to friends and will jump to their defence at the soonest opportunity.

    Right troops, I've decided. Tonight, I'm gonna catch up on some of the episodes I've missed. God knows I've been putting them off for the longest time now. :adorkable: I'll check back in later once I've watched a few, here's hoping that they're as good as people here are saying they are. :mlp_smug:

    I've pretty much stopped wearing hoodies altogether, instead whenever it gets cold or rains (as it usually does here) I'll just wear a nice jacket that suits the weather. I absolutely love bomber jackets, they're really light and look good with almost all kinds of clothing. Same goes for skinny jeans, I'm starting to prefer slim-fit over wearing jeans that just cling to your legs. Besides, I've got pretty hefty T-Rex legs that really aren't meant for skinny jeans, so they're a lot more comfortable in slim-fits, especially if they've got an added stretch to them. Also, might be alone here, but I absolutely love wearing suits, even if not very often. They really are the peak of men's fashion in my opinion. Currently own 2 of them; a blue one and a black one. Really want to get my hands on a grey checked suit someday.
