  1. I like them! I haven't seen the G5 movie, yet, although I have to say I generally prefer 2D as animation style
  2. I wouldn't think she'd actually need her colors to make stuff, if it weren't for the Sonic Rainboom: so far, she's the only one who's been able to perform such move; I don't think it's a coincidence a move called "Sonic Rainboom" be performed by a pony so much Rainbow-related...
  3. I might be saying this because I grew affectionate to the Mane 6 and the G4 in general - not to mention I haven't got the slightest idea on how G5 will be (nope, haven't seen the movie, yet) - but I actually hope they will, only in some way they won't be used as simple baits for fans and end up being "forced" in the series, All of this might even make them do/say something completely out of character and pointless for pure plot sake. Yep, this is the thing I mostly fear, nonetheless I'm willing to run this risk and would be glad to see them on screen sometimes!
  4. Hey there, buddies!
It's been almost three years since I last logged in, so I thought I might swing by and see how things were going...hope everypony is fine! Three years is avery long time span for things to happen...and boy, did they happen!
But what about y'all, pardners? How are you?? :squee:

I've been fine, really! Despite COVID, I had the chance to start college and I even started working! Now I'm doing both, and I'm really, really glad to have some goals set!...to be fair, I don't really know what I want to do, but I know what I'D LIKE to do, so I'm trying to open myself up to as many possibilities as I can, trying to carry on with the things I like! :yay:

Also, tomorrow I've got my truck driving exam, looking forward to it! :sneer:

  6. No offense taken, of course! Meh, what can I say? Those days, unfortunately, seem to still exist. The best thing one can do is to wait until they're over and keep the positivity as close to themselves as possible
  7. So it seems. It would be great to bring this place back to its old shine again
  8. Oh, ok. I already knew that, then. Sorry, I thought something else happened. Well, I can't say I blame him...being here every day for many hours can result in a big interest decreasement...as well as doing the same things that are supposed to be fun over and over every day. I saw he's still frequentely around, though, therefore we can't really say he's a stranger now I won't deny I'm feeling like I'm in a desert while talking here, as of now. That brings me to this awful question...in your opinion, are these Forums slowly fading away?
  9. Fair enough. I wouldn't say that, in my case: I've never actually been interested in threads, here. The only reason I came here on the Forums was because I found some friendly people I could be in touch with, from time to time. Threads were just some additional things I could take part in every once in a while, or whenever I felt like I wanted to train my written English. But you're talking about the totality, so I guess you're 100% right
  10. I don't think it's all strictly related to him...at least for me, being one of them who left during summer. I guess it's just how things go. It wouldn't be the first time many people decide to leave the Forums and make everybody know they're still alive through status updates once in a while Wait...what? I didn't know that...is he OK?
  11. I'd say the 2015/16 version: I didn't realize how fat I was becoming, and that was all given by my lazy attitude and lack of self care. It's not the fact I was getting fat that is cringey, it's the fact I was denying it and I was throwing away every result I obtained by years sport. But my most cringey versions are the 2005-2011 ones...having a look back I realized I could never stand myself as a kid...
  12. Wow, that's very admirable! Again, good luck with it!
  13. Good luck with it! What are you currently studying, may I ask? I know, right? I so hope it gets back to the days, even though I'm being pretty much of an hypocrite, since I've been getting more and more absent through time. I had a good Christmas, too. Luckily, there's still New Year's Eve to wait for, which is one of my favourite days...but heck...time's really flying! You know, despite I already have a cold, I wish it gets colder 'round here, because it's not normal...we're turning into a tropical peninsula here...it's frightening...
  14. Oh, man, that's some seriously frightening situation you're going through...hope the storm stops as soon as possible! Tbh, I've been missing you, you know? Not much, just chilling and getting ready to go to bed. It's gonna be a pretty busy day tomorrow, the best thing I can do to get through it is to have some good sleep. How come it's been such a day?
  15. Me too, I haven't been here for a very long time...eheheh, I still remember when this was the hot topic, almost every evening! Anyhow, how are you, pals? I was so missing being here...
  16. Well, I'm not so sure about that: you see, when you think of an Italian stereotype, I could bet my soul a Sicilian/Neapolitan guy would come to your mind, because that's the most quoted one. Take Family Guy, for example: the Italians who are there are always pictured with oily hair, white tanks and black shoes. Moreover, pretty much all of them are part of the Mafia, and their accent is the stereotypical one I described in my comment above. That, that's the stereotype. Now, I'm just like that, style and accent, and my friends and my classmates all speak English the same way I do. I remember when I went to Ireland with my class...the teacher at that International School couldn't stand our annoying accent; he kept repeating us to say "walked", and not "walkad-A". The thing is, though, we do not live in Sicily, but more up north, in Tuscany, right in the centre of the peninsula. I guess not every Italian speaks English the same way I do, but I'm pretty sure this thing is not really based on the region you live in. Good question, though...I had to think a bit before replying!
  17. Some people had told me they thought I was a native speaker; some other, on the other hand, said I have a pretty strong Italian accent, which I definetely believe! That being said, I'm perfectly aware of the fact I normally put an "A" at the end of many English words. Both that and the effort (and please, don't get me started about accents!) I put while pronouncing words make me sound like a typical Italian who attempts to speak English as best as he can!
  18. Hey...uhm...hi!

I know it's been a very long time, but I guess I could just pop by and say hello. Everypony doing ok?

  19. Happy birthday, kid! :mlp_yeehaa:

  20. I thought my accent was very recognizable, although, I've been told mine isn't really strong. Now, I believe the Italian one is pretty unique, and whenever Italians speak English, one can immediately guess their origin. The thing I consider the funniest about Italian accent is that, despite we Italians all have different ones in each region, we all get to speak English the same way. There's no need to say I consider this one of the funniest and the best.
  21. Happy birthday, your majesty!^_^
