Dashy 4 Ever

Like several other members pointed out, I think the only thing that will turn me off, including many others, is if the writers try to connect it in any shape or form to the G4 show. The differences, both visually and methodically, are too vast to seamlessly connect the two shows/styles. While the new MLP direction isn't my cup of tea, I agree that G5 should be its own thing while G4 remains its own.

I don't believe the My Little Pony fandom is necessarily divided, but moreso hold strong opposing views on certain parts/changes of the universe as a whole. (i.e. Equestria Girls, G5, S9 ending, etc.)
Even then, those views are held in respect and aren't debated to death... like some fandoms out there

As for secondary characters, Big Mac always does it sweet an' simple so he's a winner in my eyes. 

Bold of you to assume I somehow got over the G4 show ending lol. I merely embarked on a journey to watch all the seasons and relieve nostalgia... and cry.

I honestly think this all might be a new dimension or reality of some sorts... perhaps Discord is involved? Who knows at this point.

However, I will say, I am thoroughly disappointed with the direction/style G5 decided to take this time. You can give this new design as much of a chance as we gave G4, but it's a big no from me. The story, hopefully, will be intriguing enough to get me interested in the least.

Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild honestly.. that game is pretty sad in general... getting introduced to so many great characters that you instantly bond with, only to find out they died and can't come back... it's hard.

Seriously, I sometimes forget how much I've enjoyed watching the show.... seeing Pinkie Pie acting all silly and stupid, Rainbow Dash with her Sonic Rainboom, Fluttershy being cute and cuddly as always, Applejack bucking those apples.. Rarity and her fashion... and of course good old Twily writing all those letters to Celestia. (What the heck, let's throw Spike in there too) This show has given me so many great memories, that I sometimes wonder... where would I be without it?

Of course, I can't forget about the forums which brought everyone so much closer and made the community feel like home... I made many good friends here, all who are awesome pones... ah, the memories. You guys rock. All of you

Now... I would probably pink Twilight for this one, but a few days before actually doing the task, I'd warm up to her instead and try to get on her good side.. maybe even try to earn her friendship. That way, when I make her look like a complete idiot, I could remind her about the important lessons of friendship, so I'd actually have a chance to live... and that probably doesn't make sense lol...

I'd choose Luna actually. Maybe she'd ban me to the moon

Yeah... watching it reminded me of the first episode that I watched with Nightmare Moon... when Twilight was having trouble becoming friends with the Mane 6... all their friendship lessons and adventures... ah the memories

I think since the show was meant to be for girls, a lot of people still go with that label in their heads, even if it's obvious that other groups also enjoy the show.

I absolutely loved Botw and the Champions, so getting to see even more of them (Play as them too?!?!) is awesome!!!

I'll agree with most of them being meh and definitely being overrated.

Most villains in MLP had much potential but were wasted. 

I mean, yeah I do... and I still do but... we're not gonna disclose anything now

I guess I kinda struggled with it at the beginning, but now, I just kinda ignore anything that would contradict or insult (To a fair degree) my views and religion since it only causes a bunch of unnecessary and unwanted arguments. Now if someone goes full out and insults my beliefs, you're gonna have to deal with the holy whip.
