It’s in my bottom 10 episodes of the whole show. It’s really terrible. It does pretty much everything wrong. 

Worst of the problems being the prank at the end if you ask me. Whether you found RD’s pranks funny or not, you can’t deny that they were mostly harmless actually. She went too far, yeah but it was just dumb fun. But the prank the town pulls on her is way WAY out of line. You have to keep in mind how much RD cares about her friends. So when she pulls a prank that seems to have made everyone zombies, that is traumatizing. She doesn’t know for sure if her friends or anybody will be back to normal again or what effects the cookies could have on them in the long run. And if they aren’t back to normal ever, it will be all her fault. Now, obviously this isn’t the case because it was just a prank. But during the time the prank was going on, Rainbow had no way of knowing that. There is no doubt that she was thinking all those things. I’m sorry but that is way out of line and not in the slightest bit funny. What makes it even worse is how the episode justifies this horrible prank and makes it seem like if someone is annoying you, it’s perfectly okay to not only get back at them but also get back at them much harder. Which is a horrible message. 

As a review I watched pointed out, it wasn't as if Rainbow was fearing for her life, either. Her dialogue itself suggests as much - her fear comes from the isolation and the erratic behavior, not because she legitimately believed she would be killed by them.

She told them when they neared her not to necessarily back off her specifically. She actually told them to back off the cookies because they made them sick.

Also. You said that 28PL gets worse the more you think about it. So what are your other negative points against it? I would love to hear your thoughts.
