Hey Berry, I was wondering if I could commission you again? :)

Oh, Hello! how are you doing? ^_^ It's always a pleasure! :fluttershy: but I warn you that I will start working on it from 1 week on, this while I finish some subjects at the university and other pending drawings.  no problem?

I dont think all hispanics are this way. Just the cunts I currently live next to.

this depends on where you live (or the lifestyle of each person) ... at least where I live (a very visited bay) is common noise and entertainment during carnival... :fluttershy: or even if it is not carnival :D, people take advantage of any available moment to make a party... I recognize that it is a very lively atmosphere, but there comes a time when I just want to watch television without so much noise. :please:

In certain streets of some neighborhoods parties are common from 8pm to 12am (or even 2am), accompanied by a bit of beer... as I said, this depends on the areas and customs, there are many places where they prefer the silence.

Just yesterday I was walking around the neighborhood and this black guy tried going after me and picking a fight. Too bad he decided to run away at the last minute, I was ready to respond to his rude comments about my fair complexion. Funny how most people complaining about bigotry are upper class hippies living in gated communities though. My girlfriend is an upper middle class Asian (met at her at uni) and she always gets mad at me whenever I tell her about how blacks are always trying to steal from me and how they've tried assaulting me when I was younger. I'm not saying all blacks are on crack and armed but she's always so "oh these poor black folks are the real victims". I used to hate blacks until I met some decent and friendly black folks at uni tbh. But I ain't a cuck, I know that university system doesn't care about working class whites, and even goes as far as to demonize them. But those poor blacks in the ghetto are oppressed people, and those Chinese they're also oppressed even though they make way more money that the average American.

I need a handgun, but I have no money and I'm still 20. I can't even walk around my neighborhood without some anti-white tweaker trying to kill me.

And why not call the police? I have seen countrymen who have emigrated from my country (for the economic situation, looking for a better life) and, although some will work honestly (as it should be) there are others with bad habits who decide to rob citizens of Colombia, Peru and Argentina ... I consider that ... it does not matter the race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, status or other ... but if he does something bad he should be sanctioned.

On the other hand, we should not judge people who choose bad roads, we do not know what circumstances led to that .. in such a case it is best to guide citizens (especially children) to choose a better path. It may sound utopian, but I think it would be a possible solution, to attack crime with education.

still, regret very much that you have had bad experiences, it really is not something that I wish to anyone ... but as a person who lives in one of the most dangerous cities in the world I tell you ... while you can avoid violence better, the best Fight is the one that is avoided ... :adorkable:

In America, not all qualify for assistance, and some of the assistance that qualifiers get, they would have no way to support their objective needs while attending school.. In my case, I do qualify, but part time jobs are not in abundance, and I guess your biggest argument could be, "man up" work full time, and attend classes, and in America, that is the reality for some if they want to achieve their dream, or if they want to aspire for ambitions above their complacency.

I guess the United States is not 'country of opportunities' as painted by the Hispanic countries

So leave those without anything to offer but standardized/organized labor, to fester because they don't know skill labor and don't have the desire to learn? adapt or die? this actually widely applies to low educated, low income black communities as well, hell we have individuals that take jobs that both poor whites and blacks could have but can't because someone has out "capitalized" them... (it means that a lot of people are willingly to live sub human to survive, and hats off to them, but our infastructure, needs labor ready positions, and a remedial but self fulfilled lifestyle, and not everyone is entitled to that right because of this mentalitiy.) Some Work places operate entirely on scandalous discriminatory rule, but hide it...

with respect to low-income people ... is not the government supposed to have 'public' schools, colleges, high schools and universities? At least in my country the best education comes from the gratuitous universities, the payments are in case you want an 'easy' title. What about the scholarships? I understand that if you study a lot you can be a local scholarship and it is a great help to improve your lifestyle, what happens with that help?

  7. the purpose of the post was to publish some lived experience or that you have seen, not discuss ... :adorkable:

those concepts of 'real racism', 'modern racism' ... in the end racism is that .... racism that, as we know, that word means 'exclude a person' ... for really stupid reasons I must say. many take it only for the skin tone (which is the concept that puts in the dictionaries) but for me is racist a person who excludes another because of skin color, for their tastes, for their status, for their religion, others ...

we are human beings, we all breathe the same air, we all had diarrhea at some point in our lives... we do the same things and, at least for me, we are exactly the same and at the same time different ... I think our differences should unite us more, as well as friends! I have friends of all types ... black, white, Asian, Hispanic, middle east (my former boss is from that area) some I know in person, others online, all with different tastes ... some appreciate more art, others science, some sports ... and we get along well! I know that maybe I sound like a movie of those type optimists '' everything is fine '' may sound even utopian ... but if we are so equal and different at the same time, why should there be racism and hatred?

Is it because of past events? Well ... that's already happened, it's a new era with new thoughts ... being a racist in the 21st century is like if hate Spain because they colonized hipanoamerica by the 1400's ... that is, that happened .. but ... does it matter now? those affected at that time unfortunately died and there is nothing that can be done to remedy the hardships that happened ... but we can write a new future where we do not make the same mistakes as our ancestors. Maybe I'm wrong or a little ignorant about the subject ... but I think people get so complicated because things can be solved if they just try, something that costs nothing...

Well ... it's just a message trying to be optimistic, and I hope it has been understood in the right way ... because of my little experience in English some people can misinterpret my words, I hope they have understood in the best possible way.

Racist encounters........ I don't believe I've ever had any, but I think there was maybe one incident I can think of where my family and our neighbors may have been racists.......

I used to live in a far-flung suburb of Chicago, the town itself was still surrounded by lots of farms but it was growing. My family lived in a middle-income neighborhood that at that time was fairly new. At the time I lived there there was only one black family living in the entire neighborhood. Everyone else living there was white. My family knew a lot of our neighbors, it was a close-knit neighborhood. But there was one night I remember, it was a summer night that this incident happened. It was around ten or so at night, completely dark outside, and our doorbell rang. I answered the door with my mom and it was a black kid holding a big box of chocolates wanting to know if we wanted to buy any. This black kid was not a part of the single black family that lived in the neighborhood, so we knew right away that he wasn't from around there. We told him "No" and he went on his way to the next house. My mom called up our neighbors and asked if they had gotten that kid on their doorstep as well. They said yes, and at that she phoned the police and told them that a strange kid late at night was selling door-to-door in our neighborhood, and she wanted a cop car to drive through and make sure everything was OK. She and our neighbors figured that kid was checking out which houses were empty so he could break into them. I don't know if that was true, as I never found out what happened, I went to bed and never really thought of it again until now.

So I don't if we were truly racists or not that night, as if the kid had been white or something, I'm not sure we would have called the cops on him. So I don't know, I guess take it as you view it. :mlp_wat:

I am reading the story ... everybody in the town worried that the child would see which home has and does not have people.... and I...  worried reading and thinking '' what does a child do only in the night? Do not know that there can be criminals outside? Where will sleep? something could happen to him! Where are his parents? Is he orphan? And what if his parents sent him to sell chocolates so he could eat something more decent afterwards? "

more than racist I think a very sad story ... in my country many children ask for food for the economic situation of the country, there are even very poor areas where people (like my mother many years ago) were sent by their own mothers to sell food and/or objects, bring money to the house and eat something ... now imagine a couple of girls ... alone ... in highly dangerous neighborhoods ... with men of dubious intentions. Thank God, nothing happened to them ... but I get angry because of these situations ... I really do not like to see children in those situations, they have to be protected.:adorkable:

Eh....I've had my fair share of racist encounters, the usually middle finger while driving sometimes a verbally statement

honestly one of my friends told me that his parents told him not to hang out with me because of my race...keep in mind I haven't met his parents.

At some point you just come to not care when it happens, there are people who just wont like me just because of my race and I don't that will change anytime soon.

that's cruel ... where I come from, everyone usually gets along, if someone does not like someone else, it would be for personalities that do not fit together or for some bad moment and / or misunderstanding, but very rarely because of the color ... I do not know if it will influence the fact that in Latin America we are mostly mestizos (mixed races).

in any way I regret that you had to go through that, there are people who are still ... of thought closed... I also regret having made you relive a bad time. :adorkable: Im so sorry...

    Racist encounters, huh...

I think the worst of it that I've heard was back maybe 3-4 years ago when I was in school. Some guy got pissed at another guy for some reason and eventually called him the n word. Chaos ensued after that. :please:

because of my Latin American origin I do not know that word, I do not want to know it either, although I do not know what word it is, I know it is very insulting in the culture of North America, I only know that the people make reference to it in some movies '' the word with N'' but it's not very clear to me

even so, as I said before, I do not want to know a word that could hurt someone

Racism will only exist as people continue to make a thing out of it. Put a magnifying glass on anything and it'll get blown out of perspective. Morgan Freeman once said that racism will never go away until people stop talking about it and keeping it alive.

I think the best answer so far :), I did not know those words of Morgan Freeman, but really very accurate. :fluttershy:

  12. Racism.... controversial question because yes, because ... why not? just to see different opinions ...
What is the most racist thing that you have seen in your life? in my case it is a difficult question because I believe that the only racist I have seen in my life has been hatred towards Cubans and now racism towards Venezuelans (this is for socialist reasons in my country) but apart from that I rarely see that someone is racist ....

My father once told me that he traveled to Panama and sat in any square, right next to a man with dark skin, this man asked him: why do you sit next to me? you do not see my color? you are white! Whites do not sit with people of my color. (The man spoke feeling bad for his skin color) my dad answered: are you sick in the head? your color its great, I am not the great thing, I am a person, just like you! (Although this was not properly racist, but my dad could see how bad society could be with such a mentality, nobody is inferior or superior to anyone)
Having said that, what has been the most racist thing you've seen? Has it been with foreigners? has it been for skin colors? any other? Let's talk about controversy. :P

definitely all great.did you draw these from computer?

well, in summary I made them with my tablet (connected to the pc) and then I uploaded them here :fluttershy: I did not understand the question very well so I do not know if I answered what you were asking :yay:

  15. first of all I want to clarify that this is a topic that, in my opinion, is delicate ... so I want to highlight the fact that it is not suitable for children (if there are any on a page), I also want to highlight that I expect tolerance in the opinions because we are supposed to be adult enough to be respectful to each other, that being said we can begin.

    Spoiler

I've noticed lately in social networks (Latin American, I do not know how other countries are with respect to the issue) that talk a lot about the controversial issue of abortion ... recently legalized in Argentina ... but somehow I feel that this is not will do something else to make people to act before thinking ... what do I mean by this?

I will speak from the perspective of Venezuela (where I live), many teenagers get pregnant again and again ... the problem is not pregnancy ... (well, yes if it is taking into account that the body of a teenager is not physically prepared for a pregnancy because their organs are not fully developed and could die) the real problem is that these teenagers do not take into account the economic situation ... in the country there is hunger ... and they get pregnant aborting children, or, if they have them ... leaving them in precarious situations of hunger and lack of hygiene ... some decide to abandon them ... they are things that I think are wrong ... when they could use some contraceptive method that although they are not 100% reliable is very you're unlikely to get pregnant if you take good care of yourself ... a friend has been with her boyfriend for 2 years and she has used a thousand contraceptive methods because she does not want a pregnancy, she says '' it costs me money ... but I do not want to have a child and I do not want to aborting, I think the most sensible solution '' I think that passing the abortion law is not something that will work in Latin America because of the mentality of its people. At the same time I notice lack of intolerance on the part of feminists who are in favor of abortion, in Argentina there was a group of women who went to a church to mock (and burn it) since they had passed the law in Argentina ... they avoided that the church was burned, but it seems to me something unheard of that they pass a law and instead of celebrating it in a peaceful way they come and cause chaos in society ...

I do not know what you think about it ... I may be wrong but really this is an issue that has been overwhelming me because it is the only thing I read and I am angry at the lack of intolerance that exists at a social level ... I do not know what to think ... this is more an outlet, if you want to say something or not, it's fine ... if I offended someone I apologize for it, it's not my intention. :adorkable:

  17. I have always seen Celestia and Luna as the 'legendary pokemon' ... for those who know pokemon they will know that the legendary ones are only one, there can not be another like them, they are only eternal, they can not breed and they fulfill some cosmic / natural function / supernatural...

if we follow this logic, unlike the other ponies Celestia and Luna have infinite and powerful magic, at the same time they are immortal ... but lacking the ability to procreate. (It's just a theory.)

    Quote

Berry! that can not be possible, perhaps you did not see that Cadence is an Mom alicorn, so Celestia and Luna could procreate?

Answer: Cadence is not an Alicorn by birth, she was initially a pegasus .. and as they have mentioned before, the alicorn who are not born live a normal life like the rest of the ponies.

    Quote

Berry! Does that mean that Twilight is not immortal?

Answer: if Cadence is not, clearly Twilight either ... it does not impress how much magic or power it has, it will live and it will die like the rest of the ponies ... unless 'magically' will be the new ''celestia'' and make her and be eternal, it is the protagonist, the writers could do something with that xD

Not a lot of straight guys are willing to do that! ^_^

ex boyfriend, but now we are friends! ^_^

    ________

    Spoiler

Maybe my point of view is something closed, maybe it's because of my Latin American roots ... I do not know ...

what I know is that 'magic', 'sorcery' has never been considered a good thing ... at least I'm going to speak for me ... my father was 'santero' are people who dress like '' mama odie '' character that appears in '' the princess and the frog ''. there are several branches in santeria ... but they are commonly people who work with the dead, readings of the future, altars for the dead, some are hired to do bad things to other people ... from leaving them bankrupt, like destitute, creating conflicts in your family / marriage, even to death to these affected people! there are also 'good spells' one or other so you have money... love...but I feel that is playing dirty ... people can not be forced to love you and money does not come alone, you have to work to get it.

My dad has left that with the years, but what I've seen thanks to his friends ... is that most of these 'wizards' use dark rituals, not to mention that the majority scam ... play with the feelings of people to steal your money, they also condemn your own soul or the people who participate in that. that is why I do not trust and I will never trust those people who say '' I have a ritual that will help you in money and love '' or similar things ... if you have a problem, nobody except you can solve it.

even so, it's just an opinion, I enjoy shows, books or videogames that include magic elements because they seem fun ... but without ceasing to be aware that, in real life, that's not a good thing. Like, as I said, maybe I'm a little closed mind in that sense. :adorkable:
