The older ones are better. I think there's only a few gems here and there but mostly they've become formulaic and too... Idk, I don't like that they are about the princess whose objective is to marry the prince in the end and has an obligatory dumb sidekick, sometimes two. And is naive, innocent and wide eyed, always happy and beautiful. I get why it appeals to the target demographic which is girls and women mostly, but that's the reason is not really for me aside from the animation and the spectacle. Nowadays are more about that girl power and that is not... ugh... that's not how you do it... Please stop. Of course there's the other ones, The Lion King and... others.

I would say yes to a certain degree. There's a difference between ignorance and indifference or arrogance. People are happier by being indiferent because everything has and there's always an easy answer and "logical" explanation to everything but they don't bother with the facts of truth behind them, and in arrogance if there's not an explanation then it's "not your fault" is the others fault because you know either everything or more that the rest without having to confront your way of thinking because you "just know". An illiterate person can acknowledge their ignorance, same with a literate one. But that can only exist if you actually know things and acknowledge them. Otherwise it should be called something else.

I regret finding out a lot of things about the type reality we are living in. I also didn't like to find out that my favorite author, Michael Ende, didn't liked the Neverending Story movie and actively tried to sabotage it. He said horrible things about it and asked to not even be mentioned in the credits It's my favorite movie of all time that introduced me to him and his work in the first place.

I would have prefer to have it in the debate forum in the first place so i didn't had to get the news here on recent and get extremely emotionally vulnerable about a very delicate current topic. I'm not a person that latches on pride, I know when to apologize and own my actions. I want to apologize to the people of this site and it's users for making you all uncomfortable with my comments... This is suppose to be a place where we talk about ponies and mlp and have a good time to forget real life for a while while trying to be respectful of others, at least that's what i was looking forward to and i'm sure you all do too. I don't want to talk about politics anymore, at least not here if i can, there would be other places for that. I don't have anywhere or anyone to talk about the things I like but here, so... idk... I don't ask you to understand me. I just want to have a place where i could forget rl a bit and share the things I love... If you are willing to. If not well, I'll see what I'll do... that's all.

Not particularly. I think is more of a product of it's time and I missed the train. Even if I've watched all the movies and I have a coworker that is obsessed with it and shares his passion for it with me I can't really connect with it or it's style of story.

I'm used to it but I hate my name as it is so I've tried to change it for another one. It's just as hard to spell but it doesn't bother me.

I've tried it a few times and have faked sign language to not talk to anyone. Though later I actually tried to learn sign language.
