    The current trend in digital media, in general, is silos. Closed platforms. Facebook, Reddit, Discord, etc. Why be independent when the platform provides everything you need? But then the platform has the right to arbitrarily decide they don't want you there, and are not obliged to tell you why.

    It was more common back in the days that MTV was relevant (i.e. Kiss From a Rose had both a standard music video, and one that was Batman Forever-themed), but now it's mainly for the kids' birthday party mode on the music video displays at your local bowling alley.

    Given Sia's involved, it's all but confirmed that if she did a song for this movie, it'll likely be done in such a way that it can be a single (and probably with the obligatory "music video that involves scenes from the movie music video") It's a common practice with these films that has actually resulted in a few good hits (see also, "Can't Stop the Feeling", "Happy", etc.) Who knows, maybe Hey Ocean might do something for it too for obvious reasons

    We're getting closer to release, plus we've been trying to hold an OC art contest too in case you want to try and dress yourself up for a cameo.

    Translation: I want hands and quads Maybe on special occassions, but we mainly stick to DDR-style charts, and DDR never used hands. Closest thing they had was on the Solo version, which had a 6-panel mode song with a 74-96 jump (i.e. look at your numpad) Although, we are making things harder, come to think of it.

    Oh, and the arrows have horseshoes on them too. We've already had a version out, but I've been poking around with the new version of SM currently under development. Pretty cool under-the-hood changes.

    As some of you may be aware, I am involved in a TrotMania - a pony-related StepMania (read: like DDR) project (i.e. songs, a theme, and other aspects. Maybe even crazy TaroNuke-style script courses too?) that me and some friends (including, but not limited to, Woona, InklingBear, and others who may or may not be on here) have been doing for a few years now. Today, I posted the first beta/"preview" of the new, fourth version we are working on, which is known as Euphorius; although we do have more songs either done or in progress, I chose to focus on just five of them so we'd have a good spread of difficulty in this preview. We're mainly looking for critique on them, especially from other people who are involved in the StepMania community and/or are familiar with dance games. You can find the download link here.

    I only have two MLP-related shirts (a DO YOU LIKE MMMMM BANANAS? one, and a DJ Pon-3 one), neither of which are overtly MLP. People don't actually seem to notice it (well, outside of places where aware of MLP are, that is).

    So as you may or may not know, I'm actually, alongside @Anisakis185 and some other people... who I'm not sure if they use this forum or not, the creator of TrotMania, which is basically a sort of custom content (songs and a theme) for StepMania (which is basically DDR for your computer, for those who aren't aware)..It's actually been somewhat popular, and we are currently working on the third version. But, to get the atmosphere right, we're going to need the right artwork, particularly for the user interface, which is looking a little something like this: (songs pictured are from the second pack, by the way. Ooooh, shiny!) This time around, I've decided to crowdsource the artwork in the theme (particularly, menu graphics, results screen backdrops, and other relevant locations) with a good old fashioned art contest. The theme of TrotMania III is basically an EDM festival, so we're looking for artwork of OC's in DJ or rave/dance-related outfits, in show style. I will try and work as many of the entries into the theme as possible, and you'll earn a spot in the credits. Additionally, the creators of the top 3 entries will, as a grand prize, be able to pick songs they want to be featured in the pack (First place will get to choose 3, second place will get to choose 2, and third place will get to choose 1) All of the details are on our blog post - the contest deadline is the end of the day, Eastern time, on May 14. We've gotten a few good entries so far. And yes, I will accept entries through here as well, don't worry.

    I've worn my "Do you like MMMMM... BANANAS?" shirt in public a few times. Thenagain its the only pony shirt I have... Both this year and last year, it was also what I wore on the drive to Ai-kon.

    So its official; I've made it into Bronze Division II. I'm sure there will probably be quite a ways to go before I hit Bronze Division I (or even silver for that matter), but hey...

    That is in fact, pretty accurate. Their team seemed a tad strange; although Yi's dominance was becoming a concern, I think he started to degrade in performance once I broke his kill streak...

    I couldn't ask for a better way to close off this very tense level grind. 162 wins later.... And that Yi; I think the jaws of everyone dropped when I managed to break its kill streak with liberal use of that E ability and a voidling...

    Meanwhile there is absolutely no excuse for this 8 points. *facehoof* Well, the only thing that really matters right now is the fact that I'm going to be level 30 on my next game, regardless.

    So Patch 3.9 is here Personally, I don't like what they did to the loading screen. I liked being able to see progress bars and ridicule other people's bad ping! Meanwhile, I'm dangerously close to getting my cutie mark level 30, but I've been treated to some pretty poor teammates in unranked queue lately...

    After a few weeks hiatus for exams and what not, I'm finally back into things. I'm creeping closer to level 30, but I've had a few awkward losses that I primarily blame on the matchmaking system. Seriously, I like it when the chat is useful, and not reading like dialogue from the average Big Brother episode. I'm also evaluating my other options; I've tried Dota 2, but in comparison to LoL, the engine and UI felt a little awkward, plus there was a 4/5 chance that more than one player would ragequit per game out of frustration. I'm downloading Heroes of Newerth right now (username: Jubatus) out of curiosity; before Dota 2 came around, it seemed as if this game were the Pepsi to LoL's Coke, but I'm not sure if Dota 2 has demoted it to Royal Crown or not. We'll see...

    If you have a recent Logitech keyboard, do not adjust your set. Apparently, they got some integrat5ion with the Logitech gaming keyboards now. On mine, the G110, it only changes the backlight to your team color and makes it dim when you're dead. But on the fancier ones, it can display stats on the LCD display too. I discovered this by accident. Little gimmicky, but still. Its cute

    So, let's see what's wrong with this picture? First time Lissandra? How the hell did you do that well? Meanwhile, I ended up getting more assists in the late-game that I triggered early. I was ahead on the arms race much of the game. My conclusion? Other team was having an off day. Either that or she's overpowered. Meanwhile, AD Zac. That's all.
