meet Windy Winters, my newest OC, she's an albino Deer, her travels brought her to equestria where she tries to study how the ponies live and interact, hoping to write a book on them and teach their culture to her homeforest and fellow deer. beeing albino she can't stand the sun for long, so she always wears a huge hat

Huh.
There’s the white Seneca deer. Though that’s somewhat of a fluke as human habitation caused their isolation & subsequent gene propagation into rarer phenotypes. Cursory knowledge on my part, but I do love rarer species getting spotlighted. Was batting around the idea of a dik-dik prince myself.
Major props with the eye color! Too often that crucial detail gets overlooked. But that does worry me somewhat, kind of close a quality to heterocromia.
Rule of Thumb in OCs, as I say, (and I am no definitive expert, of course) is if you can fully remove a quality without effecting the character, then it wasn’t necessary. Like rainbow hair.

You're doing a decent work on these, I like that approach. And the art with them... simply gorgeous.
