Lazy Crazy

Discord was the first to cross my mind. He was a brilliant villian. He almost destroyed the core of the elements of harmony - the friendship of their bearers and the qualities that made them earn them in the first place. If he only took a good care of Celestia it would be a finished deal. Then, of course, Chrysalis, since she hasn't been completely defeated and/or reformed yet. She did have the best strategy, she used a perfect opportunity and fooled everyone - even Celestia herself, and Twilight, the only one who doubted her, gave up on her said doubts and apologised. Her defeat was out of pure luck of Shining and Cadence. And also Starlight Glimmer. In a season 5 opening she was amazing - a clever brainwashing unicorn. But in the end of the same season she became overpowered (A unicorn stronger than an alicorn princess and an element of magic. Uh huh), redeemed with a cheesy speech and yeah...

1. Welcome to the show The Dazzlings part in this is amazing and i could listen to it all day maybe even in different languages. It was a perfect climax of the movie, even though Sunset's part is too poppy to me, but almost every friendship-for-the-win song sounds like that unfortunately. 2. Unleash the magic I love how it slowly becomes more and more intense and Twilight's part in the end just gives you goosebumps. The whole concept of Crystal Preppers wanting to use magic is pretty cheesy, and they're so calm about the magic existing like hey this isn't Equestria those strange thing aren't ok here! Still, it's my fave movie of EG just because of Sci-Twi and the ending with Midnight and the song is awesome. 3 Shine like rainbows Unlike eg's most cheesy pop-ish repetitive friendship songs this one is extremely uplifting and beautiful, it really makes you feel something other than "Ok it's a happy ending we get it".

Applejack all the way. I think she's really underrated and needs to be paid attention outside the family theme. She's rational, hard working, honest and has an adorable accent)

I disagree. I didn't like Starlight's reformation at all. Sunset Shimmer had a reason to be evil, a really simple one - she wanted power. While she was Celestia's student she grew impatient and power-hungry, but she couldn't have what she wanted in Equestria. In human world she could do what she couldn't do under Celestia's mentorship - gain power and authority by manipulating people whenever she wants. Even though she was a really bad villian, it's because she was just a selfish immature child. Her reason to be good was her transformation into a demon. It was clearly shown that it scared her and was painful, she was crying while transforming. And then she was defeated - it didn't seem like a pleasant experience ether. The crown could've possibly shown her the feelings she had already forgotten - fear and pain, feeling that everything went out of control. Twilight's preachy tone wouldn't reform anyone - feelings reformed Sunset. Starlight didn't seem to care about the world destruction, it was all Twilight's speech. And i think they could've shown more from Starlight's past - Sunburst thing might have as well been just the beginning of what Starlight went through because of cutie marks. Plus after Starlight apologised mane 6 everybody seemed to befriend and trust her, while Sunset had to earn that trust in Rainbow Rocks.
