    Apparently some company just setup a gas well about a mile away from my house. Great. That explains the jet engine sound I heard last night. Couldn't sleep til they stopped around midnight.  :unamused:

    Can't wait to sell this damn place and move to my new property.  :yeahno:

      People sure love pulling it out of the ground don't they?

      Yeah I usually use earbuds or headphones at night to sleep anyways. I usually listen to a podcast or something. Something about just having another voice to listen to is comforting and calming in a way.

      @Lord Valtasar, yep. It's fairly rural where I live so there's few restrictions. The well is in the middle of a cow pasture.  In my state, if the landowner owns the mineral rights, the gas company has to pay royalties for extracting the oil.

      Thankfully, I own the mineral rights to the land I live on.
