I had an idea for an Equestria Girls story:

Octavia is driving along the highway, in the countryside north of Canterlot, on a foggy day. She's in the fast lane, but can't see properly and accidentally goes off a left-hand exit. She finds herself lost in an unfamiliar, wooded area, and ends up discovering the village where the human counterparts of the Kirin live!

I feel like Octavia and Autumn Blaze would be an interesting character combo.
