For my upcoming Equestria Girls story about Sky and Lyra, I have a document where I'm writing summaries of every chapter ahead of time, to make the writing process easier and faster. It's going extremely well - I have 18 chapters planned out now, and only 7 or 8 more to go. I'll definitely be ready to start writing the story in a few weeks!

As Afterglow is like me, it would take a ton of courage to approach Maud, if at all. Likely thinking about a lot but not saying a lot. Why is Sky like?

@LyraLover Sky is returning to Canterlot after spending the past six years in a different town called Valesbridge. He's very intelligent and creative, and enjoys drawing and writing. He can seem distant at first, but is a really kind and interesting guy once you get to know him. His main flaws are his perfectionism and his tendency to make a big deal over minor things.
After he and Lyra become a couple, I can see him encouraging Afterglow to approach Maud.

Is this the Equestria girls high school or the canterlot one?
I would be distant too, a bit awkward and standoffish at first but once someone gets to know Afterglow he is full of interesting ideas and concepts. He is rarely angry, and you never want to anger him or bad things happen haha.
