But I understand a lot more now about the current situation. You see, in her case she had been actively against the culture cancellation things and was bothered by the confederate flag ban at nascar. People went with the typical "you're a racist" stock argument disregard she was not, she just didn't like history books pretending things didn't happen. And then yesterday someone made the are bronies racist topic because some youtube ranter pointed fingers at bronies and there was no debate at all. We all agreed the fandom is not racist and is just a couple rotten apples like anywhere else, but I spoke up against how people bash at 4channellers about it and put all the blame on us when most of us don't endorse racism but still play devil's advocate over our trashcan for our local jokes (people of color included, no joke, they even post that nazi pony themselves and use improper slang). Someone called me a nazi afterwards and before I knew it everypony was arguing about god knows what and knots and nascar again.

I understand most ponies' concern about politics on the forum. They are getting out of our hooves and several users are letting the worst of them come out and feeling attacked and then they actually attack those who disagree with them. Is terrible good people are getting tagged of things they are not because they have a different perspective and then targeted for public attacks.

Anyway, I personally think any political talk should be strictly not allowed on the forums. Delete the debate pit from existence, and ban anyone who makes a political post or status.
