    My grandma (on my dad's side) died today at the age of 83. She had Alzheimer's for several years, but declined rapidly over the last few months. I'm glad I got to go to Arizona last month, and see her one final time.

    Lewis Hamilton is such a fucking asshole. Fuck him! :glimmer: I refuse to watch or follow Formula 1 anymore until after he retires, because I simply cannot enjoy the sport when that fucking asshole is involved. :eww:

      @Pandora Basically, this guy won the race today by (intentionally, I believe) crashing out Max Verstappen, his main championship rival, at high speed. Verstappen is very popular in the Netherlands, so you've probably heard of him at some point.

      This guy always whines about every little thing that doesn't go his way, despite the fact that his team built him a dominant car for 7 seasons straight, he's paid millions of dollars per year, and he has a teammate who's pretty much incapable of challenging him. Asshole.

    Definitely not. I had always dismissed it as just another lame little girls' cartoon. I knew that it had a fandom, but I couldn't fathom why grown men would enjoy such a show. Of course, that judgment turned out to be completely wrong. Now I've been an MLP fan for four years, and I couldn't imagine not being one.

      I'm sorry to hear that, my friend! :sunny: I completely understand it, though, especially since I don't visit as often as I used to myself... And whether we visit more or less often, the most important thing is to enjoy the times we spend here, not to force ourselves to be active when we don't feel like doing so. :rarity:

    I started by ordering the 4DE Fluttershy plushie (the same one @TomDaBombMLP has) off Amazon in July 2017. She was my favorite pony when I started watching the show.

    Probably because by late 2019, FiM had already ended, and Hasbro wanted to start focusing on G5 instead. I really wish EG had gotten a proper conclusion, though. Unlike FiM, its quality remained pretty good until its abrupt end.

    I really wish the Equestria Girls series had explored the city of Canterlot more, beyond just the high school and a few other places. So here's a new Equestria Girls location that I've created! :grin:

    The Princess Platinum Tower is a 74-story skyscraper located in Canterlot's urban coastal region. It's by far the tallest building in the city, and is renowned for its robust design and signature purple tinted windows.

    • Floors 1-5 make up the Platinum Shopping Center, a high-end mall filled with stores selling various luxury goods.
    • Most of floors 6-71 are office floors owned by various corporations. The tower got its name because Princess Platinum Bank occupies floors 52-71. Floor 72 is a mechanical floor below the observatory.
    • Floor 73 is a 360-degree observatory that offers a stunning birds-eye view of Canterlot. The observatory also contains photographs and placards showcasing the city's history, and has normal windows instead of purple ones. It's popular with residents and tourists alike.
    • Floor 74, the penthouse, is occupied by a high-end restaurant called Astral Gourmet. It's one of the most renowned and expensive restaurants in Canterlot.
