Well, you've all ready proven them wrong just by having friends, including me. So might as well ignore anything else they have to say since they've all ready proven they don't know any better. Heck, turn it around on them, you can make ANYONE look bad for the stuff they like. No such thing a perfect or pure fandom. The difference is, we know better than to make snap judgements; we know the value of live and let live. 

Its easy for them to say those types of things to someone from behind a PC monitor and keyboard dear. Your best option here is to just ignore them and go about your internet escapades like nothing happened. Nothing gets under a bully's skin more than being treated like what they said wasn't even acknowledged by you. 

Those that go out of their way to treat someone poorly for a superficial reason have themselves self respect issues and insecurities. They see you being comfortable with yourself and are jealous that they themselves won't give themselves that kind of break.

I live by the motto that bullies were turned into bullies by others treating them poorly in their past- whether through negligence or narrow mindedness.

Feel for these people, they're their own worst enemies-find solace in the fact that you are your own friend;a person who knows themselves.

Then, enjoy your life

@Valencia I don’t like bullies, doesn’t matter where they’re from!

If they’re seriously wasting both my time and theirs to insult me, then they seriously need to just be quiet!

I’ve dealt with FAR too many people like that and I will not stand for it now!
