Treeglow Flicker

It's been one of those downer days for me today. Just tried sleeping it off to no avail. Why is it that each year has to introduce some new cloud of darkness for me to defeat? What the bloody hell do I have to do on this planet for some peace of mind and for once, feel like I can make a place for myself in this world? For once to feel like I actually have a life? How many more bloody ordeals do I have to defeat and slay? What sort of demonic being is this world trying to turn me into?

Seriously, reality? Why do we keep having to fight it out? My claws are just as long and sharpe as yours, you know! The more you claw and bite at me! The more I claw and bite back at you! If you want me to fail! You're going to have to kill me! And if you kill me, then I just enter a completely new life! So either way I win! So you might as well just give up and leave me to a peaceful existence!

*smashes chair over reality's head*
